Anybody else notice the constant fly tipping that goes on along this stretch.
Sofa's, fridges & bags of general refuse just lying there day after day.

Obviously it must be legal on this single patch in Ireland . . . .
At least now I know how where to get rid of the Christmas Tree.

Unfortunately there are many patches like this - keep reporting illegal dumping to the KCC litter freephone# 1800-243143 KFMs morning slot does a lot of coverage to highlight illegal dumping. This week's Liffey Champion & Kildare Nationalist will have some littering name & shame details.

Fly tipping seems to be at an all time high in the past 6 months or so. The government and county councils need to get tough or else it will just continue. Much of the dumping is domestic rubbish sourced from rented accomodation and mobile accomodation. Similar to a TV license people should be able to furnish proof of how they dispose of their domestic rubbish by producing a receipt or whatever and if it can't be proven a hefty fine should follow.
