What do ye the brothers think is suitable music to accompany beer drinking?

I know some of ye like to  dance to ABBA(swines) do ye consider this acceptable?

Most of the time while I am drinking my beer I would prefer something of a more rocking consistency than the pop pap which is served to me along with my warm beer by an unsmiling serving wench :(

Classic r a doublya k all the way! Woo!! Or any decent rock tbh.

For absolute mental sessions where death at the end of it is possible it would be trad Irish I suppose! Not sh1t trad now, upbeat pogues style stuff.

I tend to Enjoy the Blues when I am Drinking (alá Rory Gallagher or Gary Moore.)
Thats if It is a load of Pints for quietness.

For the Craic I get out my guitar and blast out my own stuff.

Like a nice bluesy guitar myself, having said that I can't even play Chopsticks (I know that's a piano but emphasises my point)

I'm a huge Oasis fan myself but they would have been nothing without Weller and the Stone Roses before them

Going to Munich tomorrow so there'll probably be plenty of that. I think the idea is that you get p*ssed so you don't notice the racket any more.

I played that for one of the girls in work one time. She still looks at me strangely whenever she passes by. :D

Don't really have any drinking music favourites myself, although the Clash and the Ramones always go down well after a few scoops, as does this:
