Small Studio Space. suit Music teacher etc.

    Hi,
    We've got a space coming up in a city centre studio.
    It would be ideal for a Drummer, or a DJ or a Music Teacher to work from.
    Or a lock up!!! Last occupant was a drummer who used it to give lessons.

    Anyway, it's about 7'x13' and it available for €400 per month + deposit. Bills not included.

    This space is NOT suitable as a rehearsal room for bands, sorry! So don't even think about it :rolleyes:

    Its dublin City Centre??? What do you expect? Seems far enough to me.

    Do the sums, you get the right numbers and you going too make some money.
