    Am girl with no interest in footie but for reasons which will never become clear I need to know..

    Why are Liverpool playing next week instead of this week in the Champions League?

    In answer to the OP, I don't think the Milan police fancied having two sets of English fans knocking around the city at the same time. Not having a dig at the fans here, just wouldn't be workable regardless of the teams involved.

    EDIT Isee someone else has already had a dig :D

    Yeah pretty much that, AC and Inter share a stadium, from the point of security and logistics (flights, hotels etc) it makes sense to have the games a week apart, wont need to happen again this season as AC are out now :-)

    See now this might actually mean something but to be honest if it does its wasted on me.

    So basically Liverpool skangers have performed time travel to circumnavigate the offside rule but cant get any hotel rooms while the locals batton down the hatches which wont make a difference because Liverpool dont exist anyway and there is no next week :confused:
