Junction is back with another monthly instalment down at the Cavern. Keeping in the spirit of Saint Patrick we’ve put together a line-up of home grown talent to kick start your weekend in style! We got Cork Boyo Jamie Behan coming up to wreck the place with some dirty banging techno alongside two Junction debuts in the form of Dan McElligott and Hugo Johnson. On warm up duties is long standing Junction resident Stam. This will be a great chance to see the club go right off and to get into the festive spirit.




Jamie Behan
Jamie Behan has been rocking crowds and venues all over Ireland for the past 6 years where he has played alongside Djs such as Adam Beyer, Ben Sims, Trevor Rockcliffe, Hardcell, The Advent, Justin Robertson, Ignition Technician, Mark Williams, Chris Liberator, Dave the Drummer and Billy Nasty.
From his own Bastardo Electrico club nights at the legendary Sir Henrys in Cork, residencies at some of Cork's best most forward thinking nights such as Bass, Hot House and The Encrypted Sessions to regular guests slots at Electric City, Musiklab, Electric Circus and numerous other clubs with his dark funky mix of techno and electro ranging from Detroit to Stockholm via Berlin. The past two years have seen him venture as far a field as clubs in Brighton, London and Barcelona.



Dan McElligott
One of the busiest djs around at the moment is Mr McElligott. Holding down residencies at both Dublin’s Electricity and Test. Dan also runs two radio slots “The Anorak Jack Show” on Frequency and EC fm. Dan has played alongside international heavyweights such as Marc Houle and Chris Liebing to name but a few. Expect to hear some driving minimal techno.



Hugo Johnson
Hugo has been djing for many years now, most notably in venues across town such as The Pod, Wax, Kennedy’s and McGruders. Hugo is involved in “Kettle” which is a new concept night that caters for all tastes in sound from turntablism to electro/techno but never commercial! Getting respect for his killer sets everywhere he goes we expect him to blow us all away down at the Cavern.
