    Alright lads,

Thinking of finally biting the bullet and getting a new set of irons, my old Maxfli's have served me well but sadly I feel it is time for them to go.

Was looking at the Taylor Made R7 TP'S anyone out there play them? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Roll on some nice weather and the golf getting going again. Have a JNR Scratch at Portmarnock March 17th to look forward to.

    Cheers

Just dont get TAYLORMADE its just the name what people buy for..The only irons you can trust are the 755 Titleist Irons..Or wilsonStaffs,,Dont go with Taylormade their not very good

Wait and get the new titleist Z blend forged, cavity to muscle back. They're the replacement to the old 690cm's.

Best irons money can buy, along with Mizuno's. For the better player but as you can play junior scratch you'd be well able for them.

Get demos and see what you like best,as for buying a name like Taylomade, are Titleist,Nike,Callaway,Mizuno all big names in golf so i don't see youre point there.

the rac TP are a beautiful iron and very popular in the US on tour. Definitely a good choice. I didn't go with them myself but hit them well during a demo. I personally didn't like the look of them.
