    Hi Guys,

This is my first post, took me ages to cop on how to use this thing.
Anyway, I've to attend an Employment Appeals Tribunal tomorrow, as my ex employers walked into the office one day, told us all to pack our bags as they were closing. We didnt' get any notice - no redundancy pay - Nothing.
We went that day to our Citizens information centre, who took over everything and told us in about a year or so there would be a Tribunal and here it is 1 yr on, and it's tomorrow. and haven't a clue what to expect. Just be in court tomorrow afternoon - More than likely the employer won't turn up as they are oversea's.
Does anyone know what happens at these things???

    Thanks in advance!

I dont really know anything about this but it couldnt hurt to bring some pay slips and a copy of your original contract if you still have it. Might be worth talking to a lawyer if you have any lawyer friends (otherwise their expensive so dont bother)
