    Plenty of threads about it,

    http://www.google.com/search?complete=1&hl=en&q=lipotrim+site%3Aboards.ie&aq=f

Terrible diet, only suitable for someone who is so overweight that the side effects of the lipotrim diet are less severe than the immediate health effects of their weight, i.e. very few people.

Exerting one stone of force less on a weighing scale in a week is easy enough, some can do that in 24hrs. Losing 1 stone of fat in a week is next to impossible.

I know some people who do it. Lipotrim itself is pretty much low calories rubbish. I had to work hard to find the ingredients, and they are crap. Also, you will have no social life while you are doing it.

If you are determined to do meal replacement, then you'd be better making your own with whey, some frozen berries and something like fish or flaxseed oil, or even some peanut butter.

I did the lipotrim diet 1 1/2 years ago. I lost 2 1/2 stone in 9 weeks. I felt on top of the world. :) My skin looked really great and i had loads of energy.:) That seems like a lifetime ago.... I have regained 2 stone and belive me that is just normal eating, its not like I binge or anything. It is really really hard to keep it off.. Its only good as a short term fix.:(

No way she lost a stone of fat. You would need a deficit of about 49000 calories in a week to achieve that. Just not possible. Maybe she emptied her intestines and lost some water weight but it wasn't all fat. No way.

edit: Welcome to boards daisy75. Good first post. :)
