i am flying shannon to liverpool, arriving in liverpool at 2.55pm (ryanair time, which means 2.40pm real time, they try to make you think they get you there ahead of schedule ).

now i have to catch a flight from liverpool to belfast departing at 4pm.

IF I miss this flight, how much will the flight the next morning cost me? As in, do they still charge you around 50 euros to get on to the next flight, or will they ask me to book a new one from scratch?

If you think Ryanair are the only ones who pad their schedules, you're cruelly mistaken!

As for how much it might cost, the best people to ask are Ryanair. AFAIK, they can make you pay for a new flight.

Shannon to Belfast via Liverpool? Bizarre route IMHO, but anyway I'm nearly sure if you miss any flight with Ryanair you'll be paying out hundred's in new fare. I think this area is very black and white and is why Ryanair actually tell people specifically not to book connecting flights with them.

They do get you there ahead of schedule if their schedule states 2.55pm and you arrive at 2.40pm.

If check-in has closed but the flight hasn't yet departed then you'll more than likely be able to transfer to the next available flight for around €70. If you miss the flight completely, then tough, you've missed your flight. Why you'd opt for such a route and allow for the possibility of arriving in Belfast the following day is beyond me.
