That's the text, extended guide and generally everything done by the horrid to program expensive proprietary "Open TV" on Sky or MHP on some German stations.

MHP is dead basically because royalty is too high.

"Open Tv" is anything but open.

MHEG5 is what the UK and many others use for everything interactive or Text. Virtually every DTT receiver supports it as the licence is cheap.

You can also us it to extend program guide beyond what is in the DVB spec.
