    Hi, can somebody please tell me if I am elligble to apply as a mature student if I am 23 in july while the course starts i september?

    no you have to be aged 23 on the 1st of january, try again next year.

    Generally, you have to be over 23 for most of the colleges, but some courses (and/or colleges) allow people who are under 23 in as mature students, as they define them as it. Here's an example of one college.

    It might be best to check with the college you're looking to apply to directly!
