Whats the difference between the heavy barrel and the standard models? I can't see any difference and they both weigh the same (actually the standard is slightly heavier).

    Standard | Heavy

Also can anyone tell me what scope that is?

The end of the heavy barrel looks wider, and has a groove in it.

    Thats all I can see.

Don't think so to the first question

And what do you mean by sr25?

Oh thought it was a G&G for a second.

If its an spr, I think the two basic models are sr15 and sr25, with one being 5.56 and the other being 7.62 in rs.

Maybe that is the difference between the two models, though I suspect the heavy barrel is just that, a tougher barrel.

Edit: they both say 5.56 on the side, it looks like an aesthetic difference to me.

It's not an SPR, though it seems to be making an attempt at being a DMR. It's a Bushmaster rifle judging by the markings and trades printed on the reciever. A match rifle with a modified front end which I believe are being manufactured by JP Rifles. It's an XM15 E2S, M15 match variant rifle for competiton shooting using a 5.56mm round. "S" in the name normally means it's a shorty in the case of this rifle, however, KA seems to have thrown that idea out the window and stuck the longer of the series of JP front-ends onto it to make some kind of wacky hybrid M15 version of a DMR.

Standard and Heavy do normally mean it's either 5.56/7.62 or that it's got a heavier grade barrel for sustained/heavy fire rates. In airsoft terms, either way, Heavy means bigger. In case A it'll be a bigger reciever (like the SR-25, SCAR-H) or in case B it'll be a fatter barrel and bigger handguard. Both recievers claim to be 5.56mm so I'd assume it's the latter, some companys use the same reciever for several variants, regardless of codes and specs printed.

Either KA have seen a gun I'm not familiar with and started manufacturing it or their designers have been on some acid trip and just lumped a bunch of unassociated parts into each other to make a 5.56 DMR.

Three-letter-acronyms-tastic. I think it looks cool and thats the only reason I had any interest. A clean slate approach and it would set me back $700 (gun, scope, bipod, mags, batteries, mosfet). I'm going to sit on this awhile and wait.
