I've always been very skinny and i'm really want to change that so i was hoping you guys would have some advice. eh i'm male, 5 10, not to sure of my exact weight but i had a body fat test done a while back and i got 7% which i'm guessing is quite bad if the look the guy gave me is anything to go by. so my main questions, well i'm hoping to increase my size all over esp in the arms and chest region, i'm quite happy with my stomach but would still like to firm it up. So does any one have any advice on how to achieve this? what type of work out should i concentrate on and should i include anything important to my diet? At the moment i've been trying to eat as mush chicken, porridge and eggs as possible as i have heard they help in muscle building. Unfortunatly the only work out equipment i own are dumbells so i hope that wont limit any work outs i can avail of. Thanks so much for any advice and sorry if i sound like a complete noob its only because i am one :D

If you feel that your too skinny then you need to sort out our diet.
Look what you currently eat which results in not gaining weight then if you start to workout your going to be burning more energy so your probably going to have to up the intake of food.

Food supplements may help in this matter as i know from experience that eating alot at the start is hard.

I havnt changed my diet alot since i started but i did start taking protein shakes and multivitamins which i believe have helped me alot.

Join a gym or get someone to get you a training program. someone from here can help you with that. A good program starting out will help you stay focused and achieve your goals.

I would murder everyone I know for a 7% bodyfat - seriously it was probably a look of hatred. :D
Seriously though, if you want to put on weight, you need to overhaul your workout regime and your diet. TBH, it'd be a good idea to find out your weight as soon as you can and stick it up here so we can judge you .. ahem, I mean advise you ;)
