I have yet to purchase a Laptop but one of the things I am using it for would be internet and things such as youtube.com and other video sites. Is flash player pretty good/bad from your experience on using videos from Broadband Internet?

    thanks in advance.

Any laptop these days would handle it just as well as a desktop, watching videos would be no problem for the cheapest machine on the market, so there's no need to worry.

Paying 1000 for a laptop that's mainly used for internet is crazy alright. Check out the dell vostro range on the dell small business site, you can buy them as a consumer no bother and they're really good value.
