hi, just wondering if anyone has any advice,

I would like to study part time or distance learning journalism and/ or creative writing.

I have been searching on the internet,
Looks like combined dip in journ. creative writing might be the best course,
    from CMIT, (cmit.ie)
but how do I tell if it's a good course? And if the accreditation is worth anything?
    Any advice appreciated!!!

Sorry op, I can't answer your questions, but this is something I started to look into a while ago and didn't get very far. However the thing that did come up again and again was make sure whatever course you do is recognized by the NUJ. It might be worth contacting them about the specific course you have in mind to see what they have to say about it.

Here's a list of Irish contacts
