Magnet Business (Netsource) PPoE login problem

    Hello,

    I am having a problem with one of my my Magnet business ADSL lines It is not accepting my username and password for the PPoE login. since last Monday's outage. (The ADSL ATM layer comes up ok)

    I was wondering if any one else has hads come across a similar problem, as customer support are having difficulty finding out what is wrong.

    The problem has been resolved.

    I had put an order in for smart telecom a few months ago and nothing happened and it looked like the order has been canceled. Then with out notice or any letters etc the line switched.
