Who do I call if I have a problem?
Just call 3 Customer Care as normal. We’ve given our staff extra training so they can troubleshoot most things for you. You may get transferred to a specialist, but you shouldn’t have to repeat yourself.

more like lying tbh. i thought you were going to give an example of it happening rather than yet another "promise" from 3 :D

They talk the talk but don't walk the walk - 4 times I've alerted them to Real streams dropping after 1 minute 44 seconds (even once to the M.D.) and yet the issue persists and each time I've had to totally explain it again.

How long has that FAQ been up?
