    Hi folks,
Can anyone tell me what are the pentalties for an employer who
A: pays experienced adult full-time employees less than min wage (say E5 per hour).
B: pays said employees under the table.

And the bonus question: Is it permissable for an employer to insist that an employee quits a seperate part time job, which the employee held since before this employment begun?

    Thanks
