Type of paint for Nursery Furniture

Hope I am posting this on the right page, I am planning on painting an existing pine unit that I have in white to use in my new nursery. I know that only certain types of paint can be used on nursery furniture, can anyone enlighten me as to what I can use and the kind of primer suitable. Thanks

Contact Colourtrend also known as MRCB Paints in Celbridge they have what you need. Even if you are not near to them they will tell you what to look for...they're very helpful.
