Hi I have got some Whey and Oats from bulk powders and I'm lookin into making my own shakes. I have also found a guide that I'm following at the moment and it lists a shakes for bulking up that I want to try and put together.

The measures listed are american and I have the correct scoops for those meaures but does anyone know if I could use the fine Oats instead of Oatmeal or an alternative mixture with a similar intake of everything.

Yeah. I have a pack of peanuts here. 600kcal per 100g, and 53% fat. So if it is 81.5kcal it should be around 7g of fat. But the total on that pic say 10g of fat.

I really hate US recipes, its 2008 FFS get with the grams!
ut does anyone know if I could use the fine Oats instead of Oatmeal
    Yes, fine

I wouldn't use a recipe like that. I couldn't make head nor tail of what they're talking about with cups and tablespoons and scoops. If you're going to use ingredients you have to weigh them. Find out how many grams you're using and be exact about your protein, carbohydrate and fat (incl sat fat) intake.
