    Is there any cost calculator where you can get a rough or average estimate of what it will cost to build your house online? I know there are so many thing to be taken into consideration like location but on average per sq ft

    don't know if it's available online - but try RIAI - they ( print ) issue costs indicators

    and this is not a bad start point ..........
