    1. I pick up the brochure for Dell that falls out of paper and ring for the killer deal to find out its gone and than an even better special (€150 more) is available right now....

    2. I look at the same range of product in 3 Harveys and its on show @ 3 different prices

    1) Dells deals change all the time. Maybe it was an out-dated brochure or maybe the deal was a deal on a more expensive laptop.

    2) I seen somewhere today (I think it was bargain alerts) that harvey normans have different prices in all their stores.

Don't buy those hot dell deals they are rubbish. They give you a laptop
with vista and 512mb or 1gb of ram which will probably take about 10 mins to boot ,stay well away.I know lots of people with them and they regret buying. It's worth spending some money on a laptop if you want it to last.If your buying make sure that it has at least 2gb of RAM and an independent graphics card (nvidia etc..)HP have some pretty good ones some are 800 and euro approx depending if it has Intel or AMD cpu it could be cheaper.

But remember HP support IS CRAP in ireland
