Try through a rugby club. The public allocation is sold out. You might theoretically have a better chance with a rugby club in Leinster as they might be less interested in going than people in a rugby club in Munster.

Bugger!i put getting these on the long finger as well and forgot about them the last couple of weeks :(:(
will any more "public sale" tickets come available after the quarter finals do you know?

    *edit*

quoted from the heineken cup site :

Tickets for the Cardiff 2008 Heineken Cup final at the Millennium Stadium went on public sale in June 2007 through Ticketmaster and the “club cashback” initiative. The public allocation of 50,000 tickets is now sold out. A limited number of tickets may become available for general sale following the quarter-finals. See ercrugby.com for updates.

so better keep checking i guess.......probably be a few available but may be expensive

Hey lads, Got tickets to the final the other day from a welsh mate. Happy days since i missed out in 06. Got full up in Limerick instead!
Anyway, the last time i travelled to Cardiff was last year and was easy. Flew Ryanair to Bristol from Cork and got the train to Cardiff.
Travel options seem to be all sold out at the moment for may. Anyone recommend an easy and cheap way to get to Cardiff from Cork or Limerick?
