Laptop with XP

    Hi,
My sister is getting a laptop. All the Dell ones know only come with Vista.
I think she might be better off with XP. Don't see the need to get Vista and it requires a better spec to run "properly".
This rules out Dell so who else sells laptops online and can do XP?
    Any recommendations?

Dell do still sell laptops with xp. Not all the models probably but you should be able to get xp on them if you pay extra.

Also, I think that there is a free option of a "downgrade" to xp with vista.

Another thing is look at the small business laptops. I use a Inspiron 6400. Good spec.

Some dell vostros have xp on them. They're in the business section of the site.

I got a Vostro earlier today. XP was an option.

if you buy a vostro with vista business you are allowed to downgrade to XP PRO and you still have the option of going back to vista later on
