Nokia 3109 or E50

Hi, It's time to upgrade my old 6230i. It's a work phone so I'm very limited to what I can get. The company standard phone is a Nokia 3109 but I would rather get an E50 so that I only have to replace my car kit cradle instead of getting a new bluetooth only kit that doesn't charge the phone. Hi,
