due to the roadworks the speed here has been reduced to 60km. just wondering would the speed camera have been recalibrated down to 60km from the usual limit of 80km that was enforced previously?

The inside lane has no road markings so dont think it works there at all.

It appears not to be working from what I've seen

Put it to you this way, if you are asking if it is ok to drive through this area over 60Kmh, the answer is no.

Of course, you are more than welcome to test it out for us and see ;)

I was citybound on the N3 today and saw speed limit sign of 60KPH where the M3 works are happening...but under the 60KPH was the words
    advisory speed limit
...so what the hell does that mean?...is the speed limit 60,or they are just hinting that it would be nice if you stuck to 60 kph?

Speed limit is whatever is posted on the other signs, the lower one is a hint. Been done on a bad bend on the N11 where its WS2 for a few years now I think, but its suddenly appeared on roadworks of late. Might safe them bother to apply for an order to change it temporarily?

The "warning" sign on the approach to the camera has had the 80kmh limit blanked.
I think that's only to stop drivers seeing 80 and doing that speed :p
