k so we're in the middle of a 8 month lease in donegal. before we moved in landlady said that boiler etc was working perfectly and recently serviced. grand lovely that'll do

we filled up with 500L in September and just before christmas we ran out. confusion all round that was meant to do till summer. ah well mayber it was on a bit to much (it's cold up north and the landlady locked the sitting room that has a fireplace grrr) so we refilled just after christmas.

few weeks after the problems started the heating started to fail. some rads weren't working and the boiler was makin strange noises. call gas man. gas man comes boiler was broke parts needed etc etc etc

when he came back a week or so later and fixed the boiler he noticed a gas leak so that had to be fixed too.

problem solved? well no cause we ran outta gas for real yesterday. now here is my question

as the landlady had said that everything was serviced and working etc should she at least have to help us out with the gas bill or are we gonna have to foot the bill ourselves (again) as we've already paid for 2 years worth in 5 months
