Hydration Packs

    Not sure where to post this question,
    I got a North Face hydration pack some time ago....but when i went to use it at the weekend i couldnt get any water flowing out of it....the only way i got water out was to suck realy hard while biteing down on the "thinggy".
    Just wondering if im doing something wrong??
    Is there a nack to filling/using these hydration packs???

    are there any values on the pack that have to be opened first by any chance

    On my camelpak there is a value that has to be opened before you can suck out any water

    yea the valve is open

    other then putting water in it and checking for any obvious blocks I'm afraid not. As the whole point of them is that you have to suck out the water so as it doesn't dip out otherwise it could just be the design of the bag forcing you to have to suck harder to get water out of if

    yeah you have to suck the water out, thats part of the design. bite & suck :D
