Built in freeview tuning

    Hi,
    I have a tv in my living room with built in freeview, working fine.
    on my panasonic in bedroom with built in freeview - (moved house last week) i tuned in freeview...i could see it reading in the channels BUT after completing the screen went blank ! and when i now switch between TV and freeview the blank screen always appears.....


    anyone any ideas ??

    Maybe you are picking up the PIDs but the signal isn't good enough for the channels. Maybe a reset and fresh install would work. What TX are you getting your pictures from?

    when you say reset and fresh install, what do you mean ? disconnect aerial lead and retune the lot ?

    Do you mean UK Freeview from Divis?

    Have you tried the Panasonic in the living room to see if there is a difference in signal strength.

    When you say "freeview" whose channels do you mean?

    BBC or RTE.
