Nothing surprises me with them, when I was booking my trip I rang one Saturday the Cork and Dublin office so did my Girlfriend over 10 calls altogether, my mileage ranged from 27500 miles to 29640 for the exact same route how the hell do they get away with this. Not one person game me the same information, we called in as well and got the same lies. We booked with them because USIT could not do our route. We were also told it will cost a nominal fee of 10 Oz dollars or so to change our flights our maybe free if we are lucky! A mate of mine paid 60euro each to change his flights.

Also went in to pay off my flight this morning and it had gone up over 120 for the 2 of us. The taxes had gone up, yet they never said that when we paid our deposit, id be very surprised if the price every goes down.

Obviously if they are giving up different routes to the same destinations it is going to be longer/shorter.....
