Meeting point, Big game Saturday

Thought this could be a start of the week thread and it gets blanked on a Monday
To make way for every one making plans of the weekend so feed back from the admins
Would be great on this idea

Just throwing it out there for this weekend to see who’s heading gaming this Saturday

HRTA
Drogheda
Gorse Hill
G-Tac
CTG
Other

Any one got any info regarding special events or happenings this week end

For example I think there are a few head going to HRTA to help clear out all the
Old dead pallets and remove a lot of the junk and try to make some better structures
And neater choke points in the gaming area (just a roomer by the way)

this Saterday there will be places for people needing a lift

can pick up from hrta or some were on the m50 / m1

I can take 2 more bodys my self in my bmw
as long as you dont have hug amounts of gear as mine and the dude
going with me nearly filles the boot in my 5 seires that no mean feat by the way

It apears that one of my regulars will not be attending so I may have a space. Will be leaving from Dublin 13 and would be willing (depending on how far out) to give others a lift

I think the thred should be for us all to state wich site were heading for at the week end i will be asking this thread to be removed and started agen next monday

but i dont see any prob with it containg info about people sorting lifts

its a bit of a pain going true 4 - 5 threds to fige were every ones going 1 palce one point = one destination hope fully just to get a ruff feal for the comeing week end kind of thing idealy you could just post

Create a new thread every week and date it. Lock the old one.

How about a new thread every Monday with a poll where people vote where they are going it would be very easy to see the number of people that are going to each site. Lock the thread on a Sunday and watch it disappear down the list of threads. Is it possible to have a thread with only a poll and not allow any posts because as said posts belong in the other site specific threads.

i think rew has lots of work to do but is it a big deal to set something up like that it would be nice to see whos going were tho might help the guys runnging the leage and also help team fight each other where need n that

pm your mates and teams and ask them to post here to let people whos in and whos out on sat/sun and help people pick were there heading this week end

Considering other forums (TV ones in particular) have weekly topics for episodes, why not have a weekly topic for organising skirmishes? Have a poll with each site with a Saturday and Sunday option for each and request a lift in that thread. That'd save people from scanning through threads 10+ pages long.

id say most will be down for 11 o clock id say the weather will be dry for the first half but will get rainy as we head for 5 oclock mark
