I think it's a vampire type film ,but I can barely remember.
The doctors drive around in a mad square russian van with rockets on it

Thanks for the replies ,it's one of the two films alrite.

I'm not sure which one though ,which one had a girl on a train and there was a hurricane above her.
I also think the film ended with a child that could determine the fate of darkness .

There was only one film mentioned above, Nightwatch, Nochnoy dozor is the Russian title
