I am still interested in joining and I will once or if I get a job in cork I dont want to start something in cork if I have to move away

I have one or 2 questions

I am thinking of cross training in both bjj and muay thai is one night a week of each discipline enough or would I be better off picking one and going to that twice a week

How long does a typical class/session last or go on for?

sure try both and see and if you prefer one to the other you can go that route...

class prob 1.5 - 2 hrs and i'd imagine quite tough knowing some of the fighters they produce

    paddy

    Roy,
The GI training will be in a Kimono. Therefore most of the training for this is for the more intermediate students.

If your a beginner , I would recommend coming to ,the Monday or Saturday session. Shorts & T-shirt :) (here , you can also get the Fundamentals of BJJ , and decide whether ,this is for you or not, without having to invest in a Kimono)

I've no doubt you'll have a good session:D and a bit of craic in the process ;)

Would defo recommend Liams classes. They are brilliant workouts as in his teaching is super technical, the training is tough and you have great craic aswell. Some very friendly guys up there too and theres a great helping hand approach by all the experienced guys. Hope you enjoy. Keep us posted on how it goes.
