    Hi,
I have to put on a spread of snacks that are from Mauritius for a work coffee morning in honor of Mauritius's national day.
I am completely clueless to what the cuisine is in Mauritius and need some help!!
There is no cooking facilities where its being held so everything will have ready to plate from pack...
Does anyone know if there are any shops in the Dublin area that would specialise in Creole/Mauritian food?

    Thanks

OP - I doubt that there are any shops that would specialise in Creole of Mauritian foods. That said - I'm sure that some of the ingredients for these styles of cooking would be available in the speciality food shops around Dublin.

A quick google of 'Mauritius & Recipes' came back with this site & this one. The whole list is here. Take a look through it & see if there are any recipes that you would be comfortable with & have readily available ingredients. From a quick scan through some of the recipes I'd be surprised if you couldn't pick any of the ingredients up in a chinese or asian market.
