XPS m1330 Wireless stopped working

My Dell laptop has stopped picking up wireless networks for some reason. The wi-fi and bluetooth switch is on and both icons appear when switched on, however even the wi-fi catcher is not picking up anything. I've tried this on 2 seperate wireless networks which I had no problem with in the past. I've scanned for virus or spyware that could be blocking access but the system is clean as far as I can tell.

Perhaps its a case of downloading the drivers again?? I can't for the life of me understand what has happened. Nothing has changed on the system recently and it was working fine up until saturday. Opened up the laptop on sunday and nothing....any advice? Cheers
