Windows media sharing hogging resources

    Hello ,I just ran speedfan on a machine I run media sharing on.
    The temperature was almost at 60oC:eek:

    After inspecting with task manager ,two processes where causing the problem.

    wmpnetwk.exe and my antivirus ,the antivirus was active because of the media sharing process.

    Does this mean I can't run sharing on windows media ?
