Are there any other good photo editing programs available apart from Photofiltre and Photoshop which I already have...?

There are several freeware image editing utilities out there; here are a few that were not mentioned already.

    Photoscape
This is a new program out. Good reviews.

    PhotoFiltre

    Brush Strokes Image Editor

I personally use Paint.Net for it's usability and it's great UI.
You can also download new filters if you become bored with what's on offer.
