    Hey

have a new set of Logitech speakers Z 5500 which I bought at peats, they've blown the fuse in the Sub woofer, anyone else have them ?, suffer same problem, I've read on the web it's a common problem with these speakers.

one dude suggested replacing teh 2 Amp fuse with a 4 amp, is this safe ?

This fuse blowing is a common problem, happened a friend of mine also. Its a time delay fuse 2 which is hard to come across. He just replaced with a normal (non time delay) fuse IIRC. I'll ask him later bout it & get him to post.

Yeah Im the guy Pog ^ is referring to. I got the z5500's last year. The problem with the fuse is a common one. Try to get the same fuse again. I replaced it with a 2amp non time delay one because I was in a rush to get it working(you'll get a few in any tv/electrical repair shop)
The fuse will never blow if you leave the main power switch on the back of the sub turned on. Just use the standby button or turn off power from the socket and it will be fine.
Its a tiny flaw in an otherwise exceptional system.

    Thanks

But assume then it's ok to pull the plug out on the system, don't like the idea of it being plugged in all the time.

I've also got another question, I have it plugged into my pS3, and I want to also connect my Sky+ box, can I use one of these splitters ?
