Bomb Disposal Unit in Dundrum

So I'm driving into work this morning through the Rosemount Estate in Dundrum and the Gardai have it a section outside one of the office blocks cordoned off. And now I've just seen the bomb disposal unit heading up there now. Anyone now what's going on?

Suspect device delivered to Dublin business premises

A section of an industrial estate in south Dublin has been evacuated following the discovery of a suspect device this morning.

The device was delivered to a business premises in the Rosemount Hall industrial estate near Dundrum.

Gardaí have cordoned off the area and the Army bomb squad is at the scene.
