Hi, I am renting out a couple of rooms in my apartment and I was wondering if anyone would have a sample lease agreement or can i use the standard one where you are the landlord and not living there? Cheers,

If you are living in the apartment you give the people moving a licence to reside, not a lease. A licence is personal and cannot be transferred unlike a lease. Also a licence can be revoked much more easily than a lease can bite.
