I've looked at some screeds where their selling point is lower depths possible => faster response time for UFH etc., however I'm thinking about installing a central vaccuum unit which has 2in pipes adn god knows what other services i'll need to bury in the floor. Is there any way around this or would I be best to install standard 75mm screed?

If the vacuum system has two inch pipes then it won't fit in a thin screed, you will need a screed with enough cover over the pipes as per manufacturers guidelines

When I was building my house I put the Central vac pipes into the sub floor then laid my insulationa nd then my UFH pipes and screed. This methos would work for you.
