Hi, just wondering if anyone can help.

My zen is nearly 3 months old, I had no problems but then the battery went completely dead and the screen black (normally the battery goes to low battery and I plug it in and it charges fine this time the batt completely drained of its power). Plugged usb into computer and the blue power light started flashing which I think means it it charging, all good I thought but I left it in for hours like 6 or 7 and it still wouldn't turn on.

So I got my boyfriends PSP wall charger (as I've read people say that when the battery is completely dead it won't be recognised by your computer so not a full power surge is going through the usb port) and the blue light goes on but doesn't flash and the screen stays black. Press the reset button but nothing happens. What can I do?!!!! I'm leaving the country in a week so don't have time to post it to get fixed and help would be great! :( It was a refurb Zen and the 3 month warranty is up in a few days.

Ok so I have contacted Creative through email and they told me to do everything I had already done (which I clearly stated in the email), emailed them again but in the meantime looking at the Irish creative website to try to find a number I can call so I can organise a service. I found an Irish number but it said international call rates will be charged and when I call it says I may be transferred to America or Singapore! Does anyone know a local number or address of a service centre to call in to or will I have to post it half way across the world?!
