Students are pretty much uninformed as well. The pikies just roll up one day & start selling!! Was in queue in the Hub getting a smoothie the last time they were about and witnessed the posterseller guy stuffing his pockets with muffins and a sandwich and chocolate bars in a little boys jacket then having the nerve to go up to the counter and ask for change! Made me laugh though!!
