Contact some clinics and ask them if they'll put you in touch with a former patient. The Late Late ran a special on botched jobs and had a doctor on who was very good. Ring RTE and ask to be put through a researcher on the programme. Ask them for the numbers of patients who were on show (the doc repaired - as best he could - the botched jobs). They almost certainly won't give them out so then ask if they could get in touch with patients and ask them to contact your or else ask for the doctor's number and ask him if he thinks any of his patients might do it.
