    Hi good friendly folks,

Bit of a problem. I got an o2 SIM today and wanted to get my Vodafone N70 unlocked to accept it. I rang Vodafone at lunchtime and got the unlocking code, which I either took down wrong or was given to me wrong by one digit. It seems as though I entered it incorrectly too many times apparently, because any time I enter the correct code now it comes up as "Not Allowed". I've been googling and understand that I'm pretty much screwed in terms of getting it unlocked now without calling into a shop and paying over-the-odds for it. Would anyone have a suggestion for a reasonably priced place in Dublin to get this done? Or is there another way of doing it?

Customer support told me to call into a store, but I doubt they'll be much more help than the website or phoneline.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Would prefer not to send the phone away if at all possible.

i got mine done in a place behind the arlington hotel just off o connell street. It cost me 25 euro iirc. If you say you're a boards member you'll get a discount. Don't bother calling into a store, they won't be able to help. I wish customer care would stop telling people that
