    Hi,

I am suffering very low energy levels and have been for the last while. I eat well and go to the gym regular as well as playing football on weekends. I find it hard to finish my programme somedays.

    Typical day:
Breakfast- Bowl of Alpen followed by Protein shake

Lunch- Salad with eggs, Tomatoes, Tuna or salmon, Cheese, Pasta and Spinach

Dinner- Steak or Fish with Veg(varies daily)

I would also eat fruit for snacks between meals. Apples, Banana and pear. I'd then have a protein shake after the gym.

My routine would be 1 day Chest, 1 day Back, 1 Day arms and one day Shoulders with legs thrown in there one of the days.

Cardio would be HIIT with usually 2 machines of treadmill, Stair climber or Cross trainer.

    I'm 6'2 and 95kg's.

If anyone can offer any help or advice please do so.....

    Thanks

Sleep like a baby. Don't take multi Vitamins. I reckon i should get enough from my food. I also drink a lot of water. At least 2 litres a day

6'2 and 95KG? More Food. Hell I'm 5'11, weigh ~80KG and eat twice that!
With 4 days in the gym and weekend footie you aint going to be overeating too easily.

How often do you chill out and do nothing? If you're always on the go, it's natural you'll always feel worn out. Don't be afraid to put the feet up now and again.

B vitamins ftw, especially in winter time. You may think you are getting enough vitamins from your diet, but tbh you should be aiming for 9-11 servings to get everything you need, and I only see maybe six or seven in what you described. Especially with the amount of activity you are doing, it wouldn't do any harm.

You said you sleep like a baby, but for how long.
I was averaging 6 hours and felt tired during the day, now I organise myself to sleep 7-7.5 hours and I get more done in work in less time, never feel tired and I think my metabolism has speeded up.

Also, I think at your size you could be eating more, although your don't seem to be doing a lot wrong.
