Where would people recommend? Also if anyone could recommend a good website to book trip would be highly appreciated. Budget of <€300 each preferably for flights and accom.

try the south of mainland spain, maybe Seville. It is usually quite warm there at this time of year and as it is a city there will be plenty of sightseeing to take your mind off drinking.

Kayak for booking flights, tripadvisor for hotels.
