A long shot here, but by any chance was anyone here taking photos of 2 blonde very bad buskers (one with a guitar and one with a set of bongos) in st stephens green yesterday around 4-5 p.m.

sorry no, it was one of my friends from work who just happened to be telling me about it yesterday. She has said that a photographer had come up to them and taken a load of photos pretty much without permission and then said he was affiliated with some paper so I was just seeing if it was anyone from here

I was in Stephens Green yesterday evening, but didn't take any pics of buskers... I had more interesting things to photograph :D

For what it's worth, permission wasn't needed to take the photographs...

A photographer doesn't need permission to take photos in a public place, even if they're not with any paper.

Wouldn't mind seeing the photos though now, just out of curiosity. :D

Anyone here ever gotten any nice shots of any buskers? I've been looking to get one of the guy who plays lap steel, the guy with the cowboy hat. Anyone here ever got a pic of him? Just curious.

This is him if you don't know who I'm on about.

Love the first one. I hear he's from limerick? Just love the look of him, the whole cowboy thing he's got going on. I only know one other person that can pull it off besides him.

yeah, neopan 400 pulled to 200, it's sometimes a bit slow for street where you need to shoot fast, but it gives awesome results for me, i like it a lot.

    and thanks, RCN.
