Is this an Ipoker related virus?

Just ran a virus scan on my laptop and it returned the message "Adware/PUA Casino (of type Other) detected".
On going into further details, it brings up vcpoker, paddypowerpoker and greenjokerpoker as the sources (all ipoker).
Is this something I should be worried about? I'd expect something like this to come up on a spyware detecor, but not an antivirus programme.
I am given the option to "clean up" or "authorize". Should I choose either of these or just leave it.
I have a feeling that it's nothing, but the fact that it's showing up on a virus scan worries me a bit.

It's nothing to be worried about. It's not a virus, it's "adware".

Should I authorize it? I've noticed a lot of the images on the popups I get on ipoker don't appear.

I would be interested to know if you are getting this error on PPP Super? I am not aware of any adware in the software and I know for certain that we dont use it. If you would be so kind as to send screen shots to us I would be glad to investigate it.
As it is simply adware it is nothing to be concerned about. Nonetheless I would like to get to the bottom of it.

I'll try to recreate it tomorrow, but I'm not sure I'll be able to as I've cleared it off the system. It appeared for all the ipoker skins I have installed and played on recently, so it wasn't specific to PPP.
