Film Name.....

    Looking for the name of a film from a year or 2 ago...

    it was a horror/thriller set in brazil, there was a bus crash or something and a group leave and end up at a beach party where they get robbed, then a local takes them to find their stuff they end up in a house in the jungle and they are operated on for their organs to be sold on the black market.

    there's a scene where they swim under water fro ages to get to soem hidden away area... there's also a scene where 1 of them jumps from a cliff into a lake and splits his head open and they staple it closed..

    this has been annoying me for days now so please help!!!!
